Here’s the full set on Wowhead.
World of Warcraft has a lot of different races with a lot of different body types but, for whatever reason most of the time fan-made transmog sets are designed for use on blood elves, night elves, humans and (female) draenei.
(I know, I know, it’s a mystery wrapped in an enigma.)
But, in any event, when somebody posted on MMO Champion looking for ideas for his male pandaren warrior, I was stumped. My existing sets were all built with a female blood elf base; on a male pandaren, the proportions were all wrong.
So I sat down and came up with this. Unfortunately, the helm (which is a big part of what makes the set so great) is only available to Horde toons. It also isn’t hugely original; as you can see, it’s just two existing sets stitched together.
I will say, in my opinion, this doesn’t work on the taller races. The belt seam is a lot more visible (if anyone’s got ideas re: belt substitutions, I’m all ears), for one thing, and the proportions are distorted. But on a pandaren (especially the female pandaren, they’re so cute), they look pretty darn snazzy.
Uh, in an, “I’ll tear out your jugular with my teeth” sort of way.
