This is the part where I throw buzzwords at you — like “editorial” and “avant-garde” — to distract you from the fact that this outfit is kind of weird.

Look, I know there probably aren’t a lot of people out there who want to wander around in a floor-length skirt with a dead bear strapped to their head. But I do, okay? I do.

Oh, and something to remember: Raid Drop - Boss Loot or Raid Trash Drop Hood of Stilled Winds displays strangely on certain races. I’ve heard tale of night elves’ eyebrows sticking out of its eyeholes and, well, check out the Pandaren female transmog model. You’ll be emotionally scarred you did.

I usually gravitate toward more elaborate sets, as anyone whose spent time on this website can probably attest, but this simple hunter outfit (toss a different weapon in there for shamans: nothing in this set is locked to a particular class) has its own appeal.

The only potential sticking point is World Drop - Includes Zone-Specific Drops Auction House - Click Here For Undermine Journal Advanced Flatbow. It’s a BoE world drop, but it’s rare.

Unfortunately, this is one of those sets that suffers from Blizzard’s tendency to display the same armour differently on different genders. For reasons known only to Blizz’s art department — if Wowhead is to be trusted, anyway, as I haven’t had the chance to check this out in game — these pants display as solid green on male toons.
